| Do disposable diaper-like period panties still exist? Several years ago, I recall an ad in a magazine for a pink disposable underwear-type garment that was to be used during the period. I think it said it could be used with a pad or tampon, to provide backup support, or on its own for heavy days. It was kind of like a diaper in that it had substantial padding. The ad showed a woman wearing jeans with the top-portion of the diaper sticking out the back. I recall that it was manufactured by one of the leading brands, Stayfree or Kotex.
